Fuel Injection fault what?

4, the pump inlet, the oil port connector or bend connector "O" ring is damaged, bent or fastening bolts into the joint, the flare nut is not tightened, the air into the hydraulic system;

5, the end face of the pump or main sleeve end surface of the driven gear wear or scratch, two sleeve end surface roughness tolerance; pump internal parts assembly error caused by internal leakage and the like.

Fuel Injection troubleshooting methods:

1, according to the season to add or replace grades of oil to meet the requirements of the provisions of the oil surface. Remove the foreign body within the tubing, joints tighten bolts or nuts;

2, the replacement of worn gear pump or oil pump sleeve, minor wear when the tablet will end mill flat. Its flatness tolerance 0.03mm; on the sleeve on the end face of the pump is lower than the plane (normal less than 2.5 ~ 2.6mm), such as ultra-poor should be the next sleeve plus 0.1 ~ 0.2mm copper to compensate, then the installation should be set in the rear axle sleeve mount;

5, the oil pump cover is not installed before tightening the bolts, check the gap between the pump and the pump cover, is between 0.3 ~ 0.6mm, if the gap is too small, replace the seals and large pieces of relief. Hydraulic pump installed, should be rotating flexible cable wiring.
